Every transfer includes MemoryCloud online access for 60 days, where you can view and download your memories, or save them to Google Photos.

How It Works

1. Prep Your Order

Gather and review the media you plan to digitize and create your order online with options to personalize your transfer.

2. Drop Off

Drop off your prepared shipment at the Photo counter. You can also bring in your media and place your order on the kiosk.

3. Pick Up & Enjoy

In about 3 weeks, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up at CVS Photo. Your digitized memories will then be available online—ready for you to enjoy.

What You Get

You will receive your digitized memories as a Digital Download with the option to add them to your Google Photos account, plus any output(s) you ordered and your original media.

Transfer to USB

Starting at $34.99

Your digitized memories will be viewable on devices with a USB port. Files can be easily stored, duplicated, and backed up.

Transfer to DVD

Starting at $25.99

DVDs come with automatic smart chapters, highlight videos, and the option to personalize with titles, themes, and background music.

Walmart Photo’s Home Movie and Photo Transfer Service converts aging media formats to digital files that you can store and back up on Google Photos and your hard drive. DVDs are organized into menus and chapters that make it easy to find your favorite moments.

  • Digital Backup – Your memories are securely backed up and saved for 60 days.
  • Online Order Tracking – You can check the status of your order using the Order Tracking Tool

  • Click the "Start My Order" button under the media type you want to transfer.
  • Configure your transfer and add to cart.
  • Add additional media to your order and proceed to checkout.
  • If needed, sign in to your CVS Home Movie and Photo Transfer account.
  • Select a Pick Up Location.
  • Fill out the Customer Information and click “Place My Order”.
  • Print your Order Documents.
  • Follow the Checklist instructions and prepare your order for drop-off.
  • Visit the CVS Pick Up location you selected to drop off your shipment.

    • When you place your order, you will pay the Estimated Total at checkout. If the order we receive is different than the details you provided, you will be invoiced or refunded the difference.
